Patrick McGaughey, IOM is a professional chamber of commerce executive and consultant celebrating over 25 years of service to the chamber industry. The successes of the three chambers of commerce he served as chamber executive were founded on the work of the volunteers in each organization, specifically the Chamber Ambassadors.

Since 2000, Pat has been a faculty member of the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management at different universities across the country including the Universities of Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Notre Dame and others. He regularly receives the highest possible classroom evaluations for content and presentation style. Pat's company, ChamberMentor.com features a weekly web log with over 2,000 subscribers and he has facilitated nearly 200 chamber strategic board and leadership planning sessions coast to coast. Pat & his wife Gail reside in the beautiful resort community of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
